SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S APPLICATION FOR
APPROVAL OF MODIFICATIONS TO THE COMPANY'S
INTERCONNECTION RULES FOR CUSTOMER DISTRIBUTED
ENERGY RESOURCES, SCHEDULE 68; CASE NO. IPC-E-26-27.
On September 25, 2026, Idaho Power Company ("Company") applied to the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting an order approving proposed modifications to
its Schedule 68, Interconnections to Customer Distributed Energy Resources for rules and
procedures governing customer-owned distributed energy resource interconnections. The
Company requests an order approving the proposed modifications by December 31, 2026.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Modified Procedure
establishing a November 19, 2026, public comment deadline and a December 3, 2026, Company
reply comment deadline.t
