MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
May 19, 2008 – 1:30 P.M.
In attendance were Commissioners Mack Redford and Jim Kempton. Commissioner Smith was absent and excused.
Commissioner Redford called the meeting to order. The first order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA, items 1 - 3. Commissioner Redford stated that item 2 would be considered separately. Commissioner Kempton made a motion to approve items 1 and 3. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously.
Regarding item 2, Commissioner Redford clarified that the only action staff recommended at this time was issuance of a Notice of Application. Mr. Woodbury stated he will bring the matter back before the Commission next week to determine procedure. Commissioner Redford made a motion to approve staff’s recommendation that a Notice of Application be issued. A vote was taken on the motion and it carried unanimously.
Commissioner Redford stated that items 4 -7 under FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS would be deliberated privately. He then adjourned the meeting.
