APPROVAL OF THE SALE OF ITS NOTICE OF NAME CHANGE OF P4
WASHINGTON SERVICE AREA AND PRODUCTION, L.L.C. TO RUVEON
FOR AN ACCOUNTING ORDER LLC
Ruveon LLC ("Ruveon"), by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby notifies the
Commission and all parties that P4 Production, L.L.C. ("P4")has changed its legal name to
Ruveon. Ruveon is the same legal entity that has participated in this and other proceedings
before the Commission under the name P4.
P4 has been affiliated with Bayer Corporation, and prior filings with the Commission have,
for convenience, referred to P4 as Bayer. Similarly, the Soda Springs facility owned by P4 has
been referred to in Commission proceedings and by stakeholders as the Bayer plant.
This notice is provided to promote consistency in future filings and references. Ruveon
respectfully requests that the Commission, parties, and interested persons refer to the entity in
this proceeding as "Ruveon LLC" or"Ruveon," as appropriate, and refer to its Soda Springs
facility as the Ruveon plant. Ruveon further requests that the Commission and parties update
their records to reflect Ethan Waltermire's current email address: [e-mail].
This notice does not alter Ruveon's rights, obligations, positions, or participation in this
proceeding. References to P4 in prior filings remain effective, and references in the record to P4
or Bayer should be understood to refer to the entity now known as Ruveon.
