SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF LOWER VALLEY ENERGY AND INTERMOUNTAIN
GAS COMPANY'S NOTICE OF SERVICE TERRITORY AGREEMENT
BETWEEN LOWER VALLEY ENERGY AND INTERMOUNTAIN GAS
COMPANY FOR NATURAL GAS SERVICE TO CERTAIN CUSTOMERS
LOCATED ALONG THE CROW CREEK PIPELINE IN CARIBOU
COUNTY; CASE NOS. LVE-G-26-02 & INT-G-26-07.
On September 8, 2026, Lower Valley Energy ("LVE") and Intermountain Gas Company
("Intermountain") (collectively the "Parties") filed with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission
("Commission") a notice of service territory agreement between LVE and Intermountain ("Notice"),
where LVE has agreed to provide gas service to customers located near LVE's Crow Creek Pipeline,
which is located in an area Intermountain has the authority to serve and is located in Caribou County,
Idaho. Notice at 1. The Parties request that the Commission acknowledge the Notice. Id.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff recommends that the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice
of Modified Procedure, establishing a 21-day, public comment deadline, followed by a seven day,
reply comment deadline.
