SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF THE IDAHO HYDROELECTRIC POWER
PRODUCERS TRUST'S PETITION FOR IDAHO POWER COMPANY TO
REDUCE ITS OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE CHARGES
APPLICABLE TO SCHEDULE 72, GENERATOR INTERCONNECTIONS
TO PURPA QUALIFYING FACILITY SELLERS; CASE NO. IPC-E-26-15.
On May 19, 2026, the Idaho Hydroelectric Power Producers Trust ("IdaHydro" or
"Petitioner") petitioned the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting to
update Idaho Power Company's ("Company") operation and maintenance charges applicable to
Schedule 72, generator interconnections to Public Utilities Regulatory Act qualifying facilities
sellers to actual costs ("Petition").
On July 13, 2026, the Commission issued a Notice of Petition and Notice of Intervention
Deadline, setting a deadline for interested parties to file a petition to intervene. Order No. 37097.
Intervention was granted to the Company. Order No. 37128.
On August 31, 2026, the Commission issued a Notice of Modified Procedure, setting an
October 15, 2026, deadline for public comments and a November 5, 2026, deadline for the
Petitioner to file reply comments. Order No. 37145.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff("Staff'),the Petitioner, and the Company have conferred regarding the
comment deadlines established in Order No. 37145. Upon consideration,the parties agree that the
current schedule does not provide Staff and the Company with the opportunity to prepare and file
reply comments following the initial comment deadline. Accordingly, Staff recommends that the
Commission vacate the comment deadlines established in Order No. 37145 and issue a Notice of

Modified Schedule establishing October 15,2026, as the deadline for public comments;November
5,2026, as the deadline for Staff and the Company to file reply comments in response to the initial
comments; and November 27, 2026, as the deadline for the Petitioner to file reply comments.

37145 and issue a Notice of Modified Schedule establishing October 15, 2026, as the deadline for
