On May 7, 2026, AccessLine Communications Corporation ("Company) submitted a
request for voluntary cancellation of its authority to provide interexchange carrier("IXC")services
and its price list, effective May 21, 2026, with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission
("Commission").
Based on our review of the record, the Commission acknowledges the Company's
voluntary cancellation of its IXC services and its price list and orders that the Company shall
remain on record with the Commission as an"Other Telecommunication Service Provider."
STAFF REVIEW
Commission Staff ("Staff') reviewed the Company's request to voluntarily cancel its
"IXC" status and cancel its price list on file with the Commission. Staff Memo at 1. Staff stated
that the Company did not have any customers for its regulated IXC services in Idaho and,therefore,
did not send a customer notice or seek a waiver of the notice requirement in conjunction with its
request. Id. Additionally, Staff stated that the Company would continue providing nomadic
interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol telecommunication services in Idaho.Id.
At the Commission's September 8, 2026, Decision Meeting, Commission Staff("Staff')
presented a decision memorandum recommending that the Commission acknowledge the
Company's cancellation requests while keeping the Company on record with the Commission as
an"Other Telecommunication Service Provider."
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
The Commission has authority to regulate IXC service providers and what it terms "Other
Telecommunication Service Providers" (all telephone corporations, as defined by Idaho Code §
62-603(14),providing telecommunication services other than local exchange or interexchange) in
the state under Title 62 of the Idaho Code. Idaho Code §§ 62-603-604. Idaho IXC service

providers are required to file price lists containing the "availability, price, and terms and
conditions" of the telecommunications services being offered with the Commission. Idaho Code
§ 62-606.
Based on our review of the record, the Commission acknowledges the Company's
voluntary cancellation of its IXC services and price list. Our review and Staff s recommendation,
also lead us to direct that the Company shall remain on record with the Commission as an"Other
Telecommunication Service Provider"pursuant to Idaho Code § 62-604(1)(a).
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Commission acknowledges the Company's voluntary
cancellation of its authority to provide IXC services and its price list, effective May 21, 2026.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Company shall remain on record with the
Commission as an"Other Telecommunication Service Provider" in the state of Idaho.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within 21 days of the service date of this Order regarding any matter decided in
this Order. Within 7 days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may
cross-petition for reconsideration.Idaho Code §§ 61-626 and 62-619.
