J on , EXHIBIT E MEADOWS WATER, LLC Valley County, Idaho NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS OF APPLICATION FOR AUTHORITY TO INCREASE RATES IPUC Case No. MWL-W-26-01 Dear Customer, Meadows Water, LLC ("the Company") is writing to let you know that on August 28, 2026, we filed an application with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission") asking for authority to increase the rates we charge for water service. This notice explains what we are asking for and how you can learn more or share your views with the Commission. Why we are asking for an increase Running and maintaining the water system costs more than it used to. Over the past year the Company paid for two unplanned repairs to the system, along with the normal costs needed to keep your water service running. This request is intended to bring in enough revenue to cover those costs going forward. What we are requesting The Company's full cost-based need would support a much larger increase, but we chose to request only a 10% increase in order to limit the impact on customers. In dollar terms, this is an additional $15,929.29 per year above our current rate revenue of$159,292.88 - for a total requested revenue of$175,222.17 per year. This works out to the same percentage increase, about 10.11%, for both customer classes: • Residential customers: from $57.00 to $62.76 per month • HOA Common Area customers (billed May through September only): from $500.00 to $550.53 per month This is only a proposal Nothing has been decided yet. The Commission will review our request and may approve it, reject it, deny it, or approve a different amount than what we asked for. A copy of the full application is available for you to review at the Company's office and at the Commission's office, and online at www.puc.idaho.gov (click "WATER," then "Open Cases," then Case No. MWL- W-26-01).
