SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF INTERMOUNTAIN GAS COMPANY'S
APPLICATION FOR AUTHORITY TO REVISE RATE SCHEDULE EE-GS—
GENERAL SERVICE ENERGY EFFICIENCY REBATE PROGRAM; CASE
NO. INT-G-26-05.
On September 9,2026,Intermountain Gas Company("Company")applied to the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission("Commission")requesting authority to revise its commercial energy efficiency
program offerings under Rate Schedule EE-GS—General Service Energy Efficiency Rebate Program
("Application"). The Company requests an effective date of October 1, 2026.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application, Notice of
Intervention Deadline establishing a 21-day intervention period,and Notice of Suspension suspending
the Company's proposed effective date for 30 days plus five months,l pursuant to the Commission's
authority under Idaho Code § 61-622(4).

Does the Commission wish to issue a Notice of Application,a Notice of Intervention Deadline
establishing a 21-day intervention period, and Notice of Suspension suspending the Company's
proposed effective date for 30 days plus five months from October 9, 2026?

1 Because the Company requested the change to take effect fewer than 30 days after the Application filing date, Staff
recommends that the Commission find the suspension date effective from 30 days after the Application was filed(October
9,2026)by operation of Idaho Code§ 61-307 and IDAPA 31.01.01.123.01.
