On June 15, 2026, Southshore 2 Water Company, LLC ("Company") applied to the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission("Commission")requesting authority to increase its rates and charges
for water service in the State of Idaho ("Application"). The Company requested a July 15, 2026,
effective date.
On July 7, 2026, the Commission issued a Notice of Application,Notice of Suspension of
Proposed Effective Date, and Notice of Intervention Deadline, setting a deadline for interested
parties to file a petition to intervene. Order No. 37089. No petitions to intervene were filed.
On August 13,2026,the Commission issued a Notice of Modified Procedure,setting public
comment and Company reply deadlines. Order No. 37123.
With this Order we direct Commission Staff("Staff') to hold an in-person and telephonic
public workshop and we schedule a customer hearing at which customers and interested members
of the public may testify before the Commission.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOP
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Staff will hold an in-person and telephonic public,
informational workshop for customers taking service from the Company at the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission, 11331 W. Chinden Blvd., Building 8, Suite 201-A, Boise, Idaho, 83714
on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. (local time). The purpose of the
workshop is to provide customers with an overview of the Application regarding the proposed rate
change. At the workshop, customers may ask Staff about the Application and how customers may
further participate in the proceeding.

NOTICE OF CUSTOMER HEARING
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct an in-person and
telephonic customer hearing on this matter on Tuesday,December 8,2026,starting at 4:00 P.M.
and ending at 7:00 P.M. (local time), or after all customer testimony has been taken, whichever
comes first. The customer hearing will be held at the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, 11331
W. Chinden Blvd., Building 8, Suite 201-A, Boise, Idaho, 83714. The purpose of the customer
hearing is to take testimony from customers of the Company.
Those planning to testify in-person are encouraged to arrive at the hearing location by 3:45
P.M. (local time) as the hearing will conclude when it appears all customer testimony has been
received.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that depending on the attendance and public interest,
the Commission may impose a five (5) minute cap on each individual's testimony to ensure that
all interested persons have an opportunity to present their positions on the record. Additionally,
interested persons who have lengthy testimony are encouraged to file their full testimony—or the
portion exceeding the time limitin accordance with the public comment instructions.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the public workshop and customer hearing will be
held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance to participate in or to
understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the Commission to provide a sign
language interpreter or other assistance at the workshop or hearing.The request for assistance must

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Staff will hold an in-person and telephonic,informational,

listen to the customer hearing and to offer testimony.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that parties comply with Order No. 35375, issued April 21,
2022. Generally, all pleadings should be filed with the Commission electronically and will be
deemed timely filed when received by the Commission Secretary.See Rule 14.02. Service between
parties should continue to be accomplished electronically when possible. However, voluminous
discovery-related documents may be filed and served on CD-ROM or a USB flash drive.
