On March 30, 2026, Lynia LEC LLC ("Company") applied to the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission ("Commission") requesting an order granting the Company a certificate of public
convenience and necessity to provide competitive local exchange telecommunications services in
the State of Idaho ("Application"). Application at 1.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff recommends that the Commission issue a Notice of Application and
Notice of Modified Procedure, establishing an October 23, 2026, public comment deadline, and
an October 30, 2026, reply comment deadline.
