On July 21, 2026, Broadview Networks, Inc. ("Company) submitted a Notice of Name
Change("Notice")with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission")to change its name
on record with the Commission and on Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity("CPCN")
Certificate No. 491.Notice at 1.
At the Commission's Decision Meeting on September 3,2026, Commission staff("Staff')
presented a Decision Memorandum recommending the Commission acknowledge the Notice and
change the Company's name on record with the Commission and on CPCN Certificate No. 491.
Having reviewed the record, we acknowledge the Notice filed by the Company informing
the Commission of its name change. Staff shall update Commission records with a copy of this
Order, the Company's name on record with the Commission, and the Company's name on CPCN
Certificate No. 491.
