On April 30,2026,the Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission")issued an order
authorizing Intermountain Sewer and Water, Corp. ("Company") to charge an interim rate for
water service in and around the Mayfield Springs Planned Community in Elmore County, Idaho.
Order No. 37015. The Commission also instructed the Company to submit a compliance filing
within 45 days containing a tariff reflecting all approved rates and charges, an updated Summary
of Rules, and a separate schedule for Idaho Department of Environmental Quality("IDEQ") fees.
On August 11, 2026, the Company submitted its compliance filing. At the Commission's
Decision Meeting on August 25, 2026, Commission Staff("Staff') presented a Decision Memo
recommending Commission approval of the Company's compliance filing.
The Commission now issues this Order approving the updated tariff, Summary of Rules,
and separate schedule for IDEQ fees contained in the Company's compliance filing.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
The Commission has jurisdiction over the Company's Application and the issues in this
case under Title 61 of the Idaho Code including Idaho Code §§ 61-301 through 303. The
Commission is empowered to investigate rates, charges,rules,regulations,practices, and contracts
of all public utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential,
discriminatory, or in violation of any provisions of law, and to fix the same by order.Idaho Code
§§ 61-501 through 503.
Having reviewed the record and the Company's compliance filing, the Commission finds
that the Company has satisfied the requirements of Order No. 37015. The Commission approves
the Company's August 11, 2026, compliance filing, including the updated tariff, Summary of
Rules, and separate schedule for IDEQ fees.

ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company's August 11, 2026, compliance filing is
accepted. The Company's updated tariff, Summary of Rules, and separate schedule for IDEQ fees
are approved, as filed, effective April 30, 2026.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within 21 days of the service date of this Order regarding any matter decided in
this Order. Within 7 days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may
cross-petition for reconsideration.Idaho Code § 61-626.
