Topic or Keyword: Follow Up to Telephonic Work Session (TWS) of Nov. 8, 2017Regarding TWS 007, as Avista reviewed each of three recently proposed US Senate energy bills, sponsored by Senator Wyden, did Avista find it would not be disqualified to participate in related costshare demonstration and infrastructure grants from elementsof the US Government, such as the US Department of Energy and related agencies post-merger?Regarding TWS 077 – This question is posed separately to each of the finance groups of Hydro One and Avista at the VP and Director of Finance level. What are your top 6 sources for financial news covering Canadian Markets and your top 6 sources for financial news and information covering Canadian energy (electric and natural gas) and water utilities? Please provide internet links where applicable.Regarding TWS 018 – This question is submitted to both Avista and Hydro One separately. Please provide a list of third-party resources used to help evaluate the proposed merger, indicate which were retained at Avista’s expense, and primary foci of each (such as financial, legal, or other with a brief explanation).Regarding TWS 105, what is meant by Avista/304 Thies/8 Condition 32 “binding only upon them and their affiliates where noted”?
