SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF CROWN CASTLE FIBER'S NOTIFICATION OF
THE TRANSFER OF CONTROL OF CROWN CASTLE FIBER LLC
FROM CROWN CASTLE OPERATING COMPANY TO SMALL CELLS
HOLDCO LLC; CASE NO. CCF-T-26-01.
On February 26, 2026, Crown Castle Fiber Operating Company ("Company") filed a
Notice of Transfer of Control of Crown Fiber LLC to Small Cells HoldCo Inc. ("Notice") with
the Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission").
STAFF ANALYSIS
Commission Staff ("Staff') reviewed the Notice. The Company is requesting
acknowledgement and acceptance of the Notice. Notice at 6. In the Notice, the Company states
it is separating its fiber-based telecommunication services and small cell services. Notice at 1.
The Company is not requesting to discontinue services and will continue to provide other
telecommunication services in the state of Idaho.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission acknowledge the Company's Notice of the transfer
of control of the fiber-based telecommunication services in the state of Idaho.
