SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S APPLICATION FOR
APPROVAL OF THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE POWER
PURCHASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN IDAHO POWER COMPANY AND
TELOCASET WIND POWER PARTNERS, LLC; CASE NO. IPC-E-26-24.
On August 25, 2026, Idaho Power Company ("Company") applied to the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission("Commission")requesting an order approving the Third Amendment to the
Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA" between the Company and Telocaset Wind Power Partners,
LLC, which would extend the term of the PPA and update the pricing schedule.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice
of Modified Procedure, establishing a November 12, 2026, public comment deadline, and a
December 3, 2026, Company reply comment deadline.
