SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF CROWN CASTLE FIBER LLC'S NOTICE OF
NAME CHANGE TO ARIUM NETWORKS LLC; CASE NO. CCF-T-26-02.
On August 26, 2026, Crown Castle Fiber LLC ("Company") filed a Notice of a Name
Change ("Notice") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission").
STAFF ANALYSIS
Commission Staff ("Staff') reviewed the Notice. The Company is requesting
acknowledgement of the name change from Crown Castle Fiber LLC to Arium Networks LLC.
Notice at 1. In the Notice,the Company states the name change is the result of Small Cells HoldCo
Inc's acquisition of the Company. Id. The Company states that the name change and acquisition
will not have any impact on the rates and conditions of services provided to customers. Id. The
Company is not requesting to discontinue services and will continue to provide other
telecommunication services in the state of Idaho under Arium Networks LLC.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission acknowledge the Company's Notice of a name
change to Arium Networks LLC.
