SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF EXIANT COMMUNICATIONS — NOTICE TO
OPERATE AS AN INTERCONNECTED VOICE OVER INTERNET
PROTOCOL SERVICE PROVIDER IN IDAHO; CASE NO. EXI-T-26-01.
On July 3, 2026, Exiant Communications, LLC ("Company) submitted a Notice of Intent
("Notice") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") to operate as an "Other
Telecommunications Service Provider"within the State of Idaho.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Commission Staff("Staff') reviewed the Company's Notice. In its Notice, the Company
notified the Commission that they intend to operate as an "Other Telecommunications Service
Provider" in the State of Idaho. Notice at 1. The Company indicated that it offers interconnected
Voice over Internet Protocol services directly and as a wholesaler to Idaho residents, businesses
and organizations. Id. Staff verified on the Idaho Secretary of State's website that the Company
is in good standing.
Staff notes that the Company is not requesting a Certificate of Public Necessity or an
Eligible Telecommunication Carrier status in the Notice.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission acknowledge the Notice submitted by the
Company.
