SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF BROADVIEW NETWORKS, INC. — NOTICE OF
NAME CHANGE; CASE NO. BVN-T-26-01.
On July 21, 2026, Broadview Networks, Inc ("Company) submitted a Notice of Name
Change("Notice")with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission")to change its name
on record with the Commission and on Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity("CPCN")
Certificate No. 491. Notice at 1.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Commission Staff("Staff') reviewed the Company's Notice. In its Notice, the Company
notified the Commission that they intend to operate as Broadview Networks, LLC in the State of
Idaho. Id. The Company provided documentation of the name change from the Idaho Secretary
of State. Id. at 7. Additionally, the Company submitted documentation of being registered as a
Domestic Limited Liability Company in the State of New York. Id. at 5. The Company has also
requested that the name change be reflected on CPCN Certificate No. 491. Id. at 1.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission acknowledge the Notice submitted by the
Company and change the Company's name on record with the Commission and on CPCN
Certificate 491.
