COMPLIANCE FILING OF
CHARGES FOR SERVICE
MEADOWS WATER, LLC

DAY DIRECTIVE)
COMES NOW Meadows Water, LLC ("Company"), and hereby submits this Compliance Filing
in response to the directive of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission")in Order No.
37060, served June 4, 2026, that the Company file a general rate case application within 90 days
of the service date of that Order. In support of this Compliance Filing, the Company states as
follows:
1. Order No. 37060 directed the Company to take three compliance actions: (a) submit a
compliance tariff identifying all non-recurring charges within 30 days of the service date; (b) file
a general rate case within 90 days of the service date; and (c) provide a status update addressing
unresolved system deficiencies within 6 months of the service date.
2. The Company timely filed its compliance tariff on July 1, 2026, satisfying the 30-day directive
described in Order No. 37060.
3. This Compliance Filing addresses the second directive the requirement that the Company
file a general rate case within 90 days of the June 4,2026 service date, i.e., on or before September
2, 2026.
4. Concurrently with this Compliance Filing, the Company submits its Application for Authority
to Increase Rates and Charges("Application"),together with supporting exhibits,proposing a 10%
increase in the Company's residential and homeowners' association common-area rates, effective
as the Commission may direct.
5. The Company's Application includes updated financial information for the twelve-month test
year ended December 31, 2025, including revenue, operating expense, and rate base schedules; a
proposed tariff reflecting the Company's requested rates; supporting detail for the Company's
treatment of significant 2025 system repair costs; and an affidavit addressing the relationship
between Reid W. Olsen, CPA, and the Company, responsive to a characterization in Staff s
Comments filed April 22, 2026 (as corrected April 23, 2026).
6. The Company respectfully submits that the accompanying Application satisfies the 90-day
general rate case directive of Order No. 37060, and requests that the Commission open a new case
for consideration of the Application, consolidate it with the above-captioned case, or otherwise
process it in the manner the Commission deems appropriate.
7. The Company's compliance with the six-month status update directive of Order No. 37060,
addressing unresolved system deficiencies and corrective actions, remains outstanding and will be
separately filed on or before December 4, 2026.
