On February 9, 2026, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") issued an
order granting Rivervine Water& Sewer, LLC ("Company") a Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity. Order No. 36930. The Commission ordered the Company to submit a compliance
filing within 45 days providing: (1) tariffs; (2) a notice to customers regarding regulation; (3) a
billing statement; (4) an initial disconnection notice; (5) a final disconnection notice; (6) a notice
of procedure for reconnection; and (7) a summary of rules. Id. at 3. On August 4, 2026, the
Company filed its compliance filing with a tariff, a summary of rules, and other documents.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
The Commission has jurisdiction over this matter under Idaho Code §§ 61-501, 61-502,
and 61-503. The Commission is vested with the power to "supervise and regulate every public
utility in the state and to do all things necessary to carry out the spirit and intent of the [Public
Utilities Law]."Idaho Code§ 61-501.The Commission is empowered to investigate rates,charges,
rules,regulations,practices,and contracts of public utilities and to determine whether they are just,
reasonable,preferential,discriminatory,or in violation of any provision of law,and to fix the same
by order.Idaho Code §§ 61-502 and 61-503.
Having reviewed the record and all submitted filings, the Commission finds that the
Company's August 4, 2026, compliance filing comports with the Commission's directives in
Order No. 36930.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company's August 4, 2026, compliance filing is
approved.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date upon this Order regarding any
matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.Idaho Code § 61-626.
