Dear Commission Secretary, Southshore 2 Water Company, LLC is writing to notify the Commission that, in connection with Case No. SSW-W-26-02, the Company has provided notice of its pending rate application to its customers and to the applicable media outlets. Today, the Company mailed the attached Customer Notice/ Press Release to each of its customers and distributed the notice to the applicable media outlets in accordance with the Commission's notice requirements. Please accept the attached notice for inclusion in the record in Case No. SSW-W-26-02 as documentation of the Company's customer and media notification. Please let me know if the Commission requires any additional documentation or certification regarding distribution of the notices. Thankyou, Ryan Martin Managing Member Southshore 2 Water Company, LLC 208-510-0982 i Southshore 2 Water Company, LLC PO Box 1293 Eagle, ID 83616 208-510-0982 August 27th , 2026 CUSTOMER NOTICE/ Press Release Southshore 2 Water Company, LLC ("Company") has filed an application with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("IPUC" or "Commission") requesting approval of a rate increase for water service to become effective January 1, 2027. The Company is proposing to increase overall revenue by approximately$18,000 or 105 percent. If approved, a residential customer would see the monthly charge. The Company states that the requested increase is necessary to support continued safe, adequate, and reliable water service. Additionally, the Company is seeking to recover increased costs associated with operating, maintaining, administering, insuring, and regulating the water system. This application is a proposal, subject to public review and a Commission decision. A copy of this application is available for public review at the Commission office and from Southshore 2 Water Company, LLC. Additionally, the application and other case information may be found on the Commission's website https://www.puc.idaho.gov by clicking on "WATER", then on "OPEN CASES", and scrolling down to Case No. SSW-W-26-02. Customers may submit written comments to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission. Comments can be filed electronically via the Commission website at: www.puc.idaho.eov by clicking on the link for "Case Comment Form". Comments may also be submitted by email to: secretary@puc.idaho.eov. If you are unable to submit a comment online or by email, customers may send comments through the mail.
