C10-E-25-01 OF NORTHERN LIGHTS, INC. AND THE ) CITY OF BONNERS FERRY FOR AN ) ORDER APPROVING A SERIVCE ) ORDER NO. 37148 TERRITORY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE ) APPLICANTS ) Idaho Forest Group LLC ("IFG") petitioned to intervene in this case on August 19, 2025, pursuant to Idaho Public Utilities Commission Rules of Procedure 71-75, IDAPA 31.01.01.071- .075. FINDINGS OF FACT On August 25, 2025, Northern Lights, Inc., an Idaho non-profit corporation and electric cooperative and the City of Bonners Ferry, an Idaho municipal corporation (collectively, the "Applicants") filed an objection to IFG's petition to intervene. On August 20,2026,the Applicants filed to withdraw their motion objecting to the petition to intervene. We therefore find Applicants' August 25, 2025, motion to be moot. We further find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case, intervention by this parry would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 and should be granted. ORDER IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by IFG is granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties comply with all rules of the Commission including Rules of Procedure 71-75, and 222-223 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, IDAPA 31.01.01.071-.075, .222-.223. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record.
