On July 10, 2026, Advantage Telecommunications, Corp. ("Company"), provided Notice
to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") that it no longer provided
telecommunications service within the State of Idaho ("Notice"). The Company requested the
Commission withdraw its IXC certificate and cancel the Company's tariff on file.
At the Commission Decision Meeting on August 11, 2026, Commission Staff("Staff')
presented a Decision Memorandum recommending the Commission acknowledge the Notice
submitted by the Company.
Having reviewed the record, we acknowledge the Notice filed by the Company informing
the Commission of withdrawal and discontinuance of service in the State of Idaho. Commission
Staff shall update Commission records with a copy of this Order and cancel the Company's tariff
on file with the Commission.
