IPUC Staff accepts Avista Corporation's response and the corrective actions.
Thank you for the cooperation and support of your staff during this process and for your
continued interest in pipeline safety. Staff consider the original Notice of Probable Violation to
be invalid after follow-up with Avista staff and further review of Avista's enhanced dithiazine
prevention, monitoring, and mitigation programs. This Notice of Probable Violation is closed.
