SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF CUSTOM TELECONNECT, INC'S NOTICE OF
VOLUNTARY RELINQUISHMENT OF TITLE 62 INTEREXCHANGE
AND OPERATOR SERVICES AUTHORITY; CASE NO. CUT-T-26-01.
On April 29,2026,Custom Teleconnect,Inc. ("Company)submitted a Notice of Voluntary
Relinquishment of Title 62 Interexchange and Operator Services Authority ("Notice") with the
Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission").
STAFF ANALYSIS
Commission Staff("Staff")reviewed the Notice. The Company is requesting to voluntarily
withdraw its interexchange carrier("IXC") status, remove the Company's price list and close any
active records with the Commission. Notice at 1. In the Notice, the Company states that it does
not have any customers in Idaho.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission acknowledge the Company's Notice of voluntarily
relinquishment of telecommunication services in the state of Idaho and the removal of the
Company's pricelist.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to acknowledge the Notice of withdrawal and discontinuance
of telecommunication services submitted by the Company?
