INTO MEADOWS WATER, LLC'S RATES )
AND CHARGES FOR SERVICE ) ORDER NO. 37427
On May 8, 2025, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") issued an order
granting Meadows Water, LLC ("Company") a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity.
Order No. 36595. The Commission also directed Commission Staff("Staff') to open a separate
docket to evaluate whether the Company's interim rates are fair,just, and reasonable.
Case No. MWL-W-25-01 was opened on October 1, 2025, to investigate the rates and
charges of the Company. Order No. 36595.
On June 4, 2026, the Commission issued Order No. 37060, directing the Company to file
a general rate case within 90 days of service of the Order. The Commission also directed the
Company, in consultation with Staff, to submit a compliance filing within 30 days of service of
the Order that includes a tariff identifying all non-recurring charges, fees, and the applicable terms
and conditions of service during the interim period. Order No. 37060.
On June 30, 2026, the Company submitted a compliance filing which included
"Attachment A -Non-Recurring Charges."
On July 17, 2026, the Company filed its tariff identifying the applicable rates, including
non-recurring charges, fees, and terms and conditions of service during the interim period.
During the Commission's August 4, 2026, decision meeting, Staff presented a Decision
Memorandum recommending that the Commission approve the Company's tariff, as filed on July
17, 2026, with an effective date of June 4, 2026.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
Having reviewed the Company's compliance filings, Staff s recommendations, and the
record, the Commission finds that the Company has submitted the documents and other
information required by Order No. 37060. We hereby approve the Company's Tariff submitted on
July 17, 2026, as filed, effective June 4, 2026.

ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Tariff the Company submitted to comply with Order
No. 37060, is approved with an effective date of June 4, 2026.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date upon this Order regarding any
matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.Idaho Code § 61-626.
