SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF INVESTIGATION INTO RIVERVINE WATER &
SEWER, LLC, OWNER OF A WATER SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION
SYSTEM; CASE NO. RWS-W-25-01.
BACKGROUND
On February 9, 2026, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") issued
an order granting Rivervine Water & Sewer, LLC ("Company") a Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity. Order No. 36930. The Commission also directed Commission Staff
("Staff')to open a separate docket to evaluate whether the Company's interim rates are fair,just,
and reasonable and for the Company to submit a compliance filing, including tariffs.
Case No. RWS-W-26-01 was opened on June 1, 2026, to investigate the rates and
charges of the Company. Order No. 36930.
On August 4, 2026, the Company filed its tariff, a summary of rules, and other
documents. Staff reviewed the documents submitted on August 4, 2026, and determined they
satisfy the requirements of Order No. 36930.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission approve, as filed, the Company's tariff and other
documents submitted on August 4, 2026.
