SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF ADVANTAGE TELECOMMUNICATIONS
CORP.'S NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL AND DISCONTINUANCE OF
IXC/TITLE 62 SERVICE; CASE NO. ADN-T-26-01.
On July 10,2026,Advantage Telecommunications,Corp.("Company")submitted a Notice
to voluntarily withdraw its interexchange carrier certificate ("IXC") status and cancel its tariff
("Notice") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission("Commission").
STAFF ANALYSIS
Commission Staff("Staff')reviewed the Notice. The Company is requesting to voluntarily
withdraw its IXC certificate status and cancel the tariff on file with the Commission. Notice at 1.
Staff notes that it could not find a Certificate of Public Necessity or other certificates, such as an
IXC, associated with the Company. In the Notice, the Company states that it no longer has
customers or provides telecommunication services in Idaho. Id.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission acknowledge the Company's Notice of withdrawal
and discontinuance of all telecommunication services in the state of Idaho. Staff recommends that
the Commission cancel all tariffs and pricelists for the Company.
