Idaho Code 61-526 and 61-528. It will give the Company the authority to operate a water system in geographical location within the State of Idaho. The water system is located in the Rivervine Subdivision in Eagle, Idaho for more details see Application. Upon receiving a CPCN, the Commission will designate the Company as a public utility and required to comply with its rules, including its Utility Customer Relations Rules. A Summary of Rules have been included, to which the Company will comply with as a regulated utility. Commission laws and rules can be found on the Commission's website (puc.idaho.gov). In the Application, the Company requested to keep its current rates and fees for water service. Rates are outlined in the Summary of Rules. The rates are necessary for the Company to recover its costs and continue to provide safe and reliable service. The application is subject to public review and a copy of it is available online. The application and other case information is found at puc.idaho.gov, select"WATER", "OPEN CASES", and finally Case No. [RWS-W-25-01].
