Inspectors Galli and Green reviewed records of annual valve maintenance, patrols, rectifier readings, leak
survey, calibration gas, and multimeter calibrations prior to inspecting field installed operating equipment
for Northwest Gas Processing in New Plymouth, ID. Following the inspection a verbal exit interview was
conducted with Randy Shelton, Shelton Regulatory Consulting.
Audit included: 9 CP pipe to soil readings, 1 rectifier, and functionality verification of 8 control valves.
