PAC-E-26-04. On April 6, 2026, PacifiCorp, d/b/a Rocky Mountain Power ("Company") applied to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting (1) Commission approval of the sale of the Company's Washington service area and certain Washington-based assets and (2) Commission approval of an accounting order that would authorize the recording of a regulatory liability for Idaho-allocated goodwill value from the sale. On April 30, 2026, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of Intervention Deadline. Order No. 37016. The Commission granted intervention to Ruveon LLC, an affiliate of Bayer Corporation ("Bayer"), and the Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association, Inc. ("IIPA"). Order Nos. 37043 and 37058. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Commission Staff ("Staff') now recommends that the Commission issue a Notice of Modified Procedure establishing a January 7, 2027, initial comment deadline, and a January 28, 2027, reply comment deadline.
