SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF SOUTHSHORE 2 WATER COMPANY, LLC'S
APPLICATION FOR AUTHORITY TO INCREASE ITS RATES AND
CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICE IN THE STATE OF IDAHO; CASE
NO. SSW-W-26-02.
On June 15, 2026, Southshore 2 Water Company, LLC ("Company") applied to the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission("Commission")requesting authority to increase its rates and charges
for water service in the State of Idaho ("Application"). The Company requested a July 15, 2026,
effective date.
On July 7, 2026, the Commission issued a Notice of Application,Notice of Suspension of
Proposed Effective Date, and Notice of Intervention Deadline, setting a deadline for interested
parties to file a petition to intervene. Order No. 37089. No petitions to intervene were filed.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Modified Procedure,
establishing a December 3, 2026, public comment deadline, and a December 24, 2026, reply
comment deadline.
