On July 1, 2026, Intermountain Gas Company ("Company") filed Tariff Advice No. INT-
TAG-26-02 ("Tariff Advice") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") to
revise its Rate Schedule FT(Franchise Fee/Tax Adjustment),Sheet No. 15,to reflect new franchise
fee ordinance numbers in the jurisdictions it serves. Tariff Advice at 1. The proposed revisions
included updating ordinance numbers. Id. The proposed revisions did not include changes to
existing franchise fees.Id. The Company requested the Commission accept the proposed revisions
to Rate Schedule FT (Franchise Fee/Tax Adjustment), Sheet No. 15, with an effective date of
August 14, 2026.
At the Commission's Decision Meeting on July 23, 2026, Commission Staff presented a
Decision Memorandum recommending the Commission accept the Company's proposed revision
to Rate Schedule FT (Franchise Fee/Tax Adjustment), Sheet No. 15, as filed, effective August 14,
2026.
The Commission's Rule of Procedure 134.02 directs that no tariff advice will be effective
unless the public and the Commission have been notified pursuant to applicable sections of Title
61 of the Idaho Code. IDAPA 31.01.01.134.02. Additionally, no tariff advice takes effect on less
than 30 days' notice, "unless the Commission finds good cause to approve the earlier effective
date."Id.
Having reviewed the record and finding that the Company's notice of the proposed tariff
advice meets the requirements of Rule 134.02, the Company's revised tariff is approved, as filed,
effective as of August 14, 2026.
