Dear Secretary Barrios-Sanchez,
Pursuant to Order NO. 36738 issued August 22, 2025, in the above reference case number in the
ORDER paragraph, TruConnect Communications, Inc ("TruConnect" or the "Company") hereby
submits its quarterly update detailing the status of the customer transfer and the plans for Sage.
(a) the status of Sage's intended transfer of customers to TruConnect,
As stated in the Company's April 24, 2026 report, TruConnect attended an in-person meeting with
the FCC in March 2026, where we focused on identifying an appropriate path forward for this
transition. During that meeting, FCC Staff in the Wireline Competition Bureau indicated that they
would look into the matter and provide guidance regarding options available to transfer Sage's
Lifeline customers to TruConnect. FCC Staff and TruConnect continue to be in communication
about options for accomplishing the transfer of Sage's customers to TruConnect.
(b) confirmation Sage and TruConnect are following guidelines set forth by USAC,
No USAC guidelines have been set pending item(a).
(c) and the status of the Sage ETC designation after Sage's customers are transferred to TruConnect,
including any estimated date of such determination.
There is no such determination at this time.
