Inspection Summary
May 11-13,2026: (2.5 Standard)
Inspector Perkins traveled to the Aberdeen City Gate Station to observe the replacement of a 6-inch
isolation valve on the pressure-relief leg, ensuring the system's capability to perform required
relief-capacity testing.
Additionally, the inspection included observing the excavation of all gas piping at the air-to-soil interface
to facilitate cleaning and application of new pipe wrap.
The inspector also oversaw the replacement of the existing Pietro Fiorentina regulators, which could no
longer reliably verify or validate full lock-up performance. Mooney regulators were installed, calibrated,
adjusted, and tested to ensure compliance with all lock-up performance requirements.
Following completion of onsite activities, Inspector Perkins returned to Boise and finalized all associated
documentation and required forms/pictures are in the file.
