PROPOSED UPDATE TO SCHEDULE 87 )
On December 26, 2025, Idaho Power Company ("Company") applied to the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting: (1) approval of the Company's proposed
Schedule 87,Intermittent Generation Integration Charges("Schedule 87"),updated rates,effective
February 1, 2026, for which the Company's 2025 Variable Energy Resource ("VER") Integration
Study("2025 VER Study")was the basis of,and(2)acknowledgement that the Company complied
with the Commission's directives in Order No. 36661 ("Application"). Application at 1.
On June 25, 2026, the Commission issued Order No. 37076 approving the Company's
Schedule 87 with modifications and ordering the Company to work with Commission Staff
("Staff') on several issues in the next VER study and to meet with interested parties to discuss
public comments filed in this case.
On July 1, 2026, the Company filed its updated Schedule 87 to reflect the modifications
required by Order No. 37076 ("Compliance Filing"). At the Commission's Decision Meeting on
July 14, 2026, Staff presented a Decision Memorandum recommending the Commission approve
the Compliance Filing, as filed, effective June 25, 2026.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DECISION
The Commission has jurisdiction over the Company's Filing and the issues in this case
under Title 61 of the Idaho Code including, Idaho Code §§ 61-501, -502, and -503. The
Commission is empowered to investigate rates, charges,rules,regulations,practices, and contracts
of all public utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential,
discriminatory, or in violation of any provisions of law, and to fix the same by order.Idaho Code
§§ 61-501, -502, and-503.
Having reviewed the record and the Compliance Filing, the Commission finds that the
Company has complied with Order No. 37076 to update Schedule 87 to reflect the modifications
required in Order No. 37076.

ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the updated Schedule 87 contained in the Compliance
Filing submitted on July 1, 2026, is approved, effective June 25, 2026.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within 21 days of the service date upon this Order regarding any matter decided in
this Order. Within seven days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person
may cross-petition for reconsideration.Idaho Code § 61-626.
