The approval of asset transfer agreements requires the acquiring utility to compensate the serving utility for lost revenues and the distribution infrastructure used to provide service to the customer. Distribution infrastructure can include poles, wires, crossarms, insulators and cables. The Commission will hold a telephonic hearing to take testimony for the record on the proposed transfer agreement. The hearing will be held Tuesday,Aug. 25, 2026. It will begin at 11:00 a.m. (MDT) and conclude at 11:30 a.m. or after all testimony has been taken, whichever comes first. Those interested in submitting testimony or listening to the hearing can call 1-208-985-2810 and enter conference number 433 809 590#when prompted. Those planning to testify are encouraged to call in to the hearing at approximately 10:50 a.m. Written comments are being accepted through Aug. 21, 2026. Comments are required to be filed through the Commission's website or by email unless computer access is not available. To submit comments through the website, visit puc.idaho.gov and click on the "Case Comment Form" link on the upper left side of the page. Please use case number PAC-E-26-11 when filling out the form. Comments submitted by email should be sent to the email addresses listed below. Commenters are required to include their name, address and case number PAC-E-26-11. If computer access is not available, comments may be mailed to the addresses listed below and must include the commenter's name, address and case number PAC-E-26-11 in the correspondence.
