Please provide the agendas, handouts, and minutes from the Executive Technology Steering Committee for 2014-2017.

RESPONSE:

The Executive Technology Steering Committee began in its current formal function in July of 2016. Prior to 2016 the Committee involved oversight of Avista’s Project Compass (the replacement of the Company’s legacy customer information system with the Oracle Customer Care & Billing, or “CC&B,” application, and formal minutes were not kept for non-Compass related Technology governance meetings. Available agendas, handouts, and minutes from July 2016 to present will be available for review during Staff’s onsite visit.
