On May 29, 2026, Idaho Power Company ("Company") applied to the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting approval to convey approximately 0.659 acres
of land located in Ada County ("Land") to ASIG 665 W Amity RD LLC ("Buyer") for$100,470,
while retaining an easement over the Land("Application"). Application at 1-2.
The Commission now issues this Notice of Application, Notice of Modified Procedure,
and Notice of Telephonic Customer Hearing setting a schedule for written comment and reply
deadlines, and a public telephonic customer hearing.
NOTICE OF APPLICATION
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Company explained that the Buyer currently
leases the Land from the Company to use as a parking area for the Buyer's adjacent property and
that the Buyer communicated an interest in purchasing the Land. Id. at 2. The Company
represented that the Buyer has the means and capability of operating and maintaining the Land in
the public service. Id. at 3. The Company also stated that the proposed transaction would not
increase rates for supplying service.Id.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Company represented that under the proposed
sale, the Company would transfer the Land to the Buyer but would reserve a powerline easement
over the Land ("Easement"). Id. at 2. The Company stated that if approved, the proposed
transaction would release the Company from the responsibility of owning and maintaining the
Land but would still allow the Company to use the Land for its intended purpose under the

Easement.Id. The Company explained that the current lease agreement between the Company and
the Buyer would terminate at the closing of the proposed sale. Id. The Company represented the
proposed transaction would be in the public interest. Id. at 3.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Application and Real Estate Purchase and Sale
Agreement are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Commission's
office. These documents are also available on the Commission's website at www.puc.idaho.gov.
Click on the `ELECTRIC" icon, select "Open Cases," and click on the case number as shown on
the front of this document.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this case will be held pursuant
to the Commission's jurisdiction under Title 61 of the Idaho Code, and that all proceedings in this
matter will be conducted pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.000
et seq.
NOTICE OF MODIFIED PROCEDURE
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will proceed under Modified
Procedure pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Procedure 201-204, IDAPA 31.01.01.201-.204.
The Commission notes that Modified Procedure and written comments have proven to be an
effective means for obtaining public input and participation.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that persons desiring to state a position on this
Application may file a written comment explaining why the person supports or opposes the
Application. Persons interested in filing written comments, must do so by August 3, 2026.
Comments must be filed through the Commission's website or by e-mail unless computer access
is unavailable. To comment electronically, please access the Commission's website at
www.puc.idaho.gov. Click the "Case Comment Form" and complete the form using the case
number as it appears on the front of this document.
To file by e-mail,persons must e-mail the comments to the Commission Secretary and all
parties at the e-mail addresses listed below. Persons submitting a comment by e-mail must provide
their name, address, and the Case Number under which they are commenting. Persons submitting
a comment by e-mail also acknowledge that submitting a comment in an open case constitutes a
public record under Idaho Code § 74-101(13), and all information provided by such person is
available for public and media inspection.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Company must file any reply comments by
August 10, 2026.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that if no written comments, testimony, or protests are
received within the time limit set,the Commission will consider this matter on its merits and enter
its final order.
NOTICE OF TELEPHONIC CUSTOMER HEARING
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a public telephonic
customer hearing in this matter on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, beginning at 11:00 a.m. (MDT),
and ending at 11:30 a.m., or after all customer testimony has been taken, whichever comes
first. The purpose of the telephonic customer hearing is to take testimony from members of the
public and customers of the Company. To participate, interested persons can call 1-208-985-2810
shortly before the designated time, and enter the meeting number 433 809 590# when prompted.
Those planning to testify are encouraged to start calling in to the hearing at about 10:50 a.m.
(MDT) on August 4, 2026.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the telephonic hearing will meet accessibility
requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Persons needing the help of a sign language
interpreter or other assistance to participate in or to understand testimony at a public hearing may
ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing. The
request for assistance must be received at least five working days before the hearing by contacting

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this Application be processed under Modified Procedure.
Persons interested in submitting written comments must do so by August 3, 2026. The Company
must file any reply comments by August 10, 2026.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Commission will hold a public telephonic customer
hearing on Tuesday,August 4,2026,beginning at 11:00 a.m. (MDT), and ending at 11:30 a.m., or
after all customer testimony has been taken, whichever comes first.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that parties comply with Order No. 35375, issued April 21,
2022. Generally, all pleadings should be filed with the Commission electronically and will be
deemed timely filed when received by the Commission Secretary.See Rule 14.02. Service between
parties should continue to be accomplished electronically when possible. However, voluminous
discovery-related documents may be filed and served on CD-ROM or a USB flash drive.
