RE: IN THE MATTER OF IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S 2025 VARIABLE
ENERGY RESOURCE INTEGRATION STUDY AND PROPOSED
UPDATE TO SCHEDULE 87; CASE NO. IPC-E-25-36.
BACKGROUND
On June 25, 2026, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") issued Order
No. 37076, requiring Idaho Power Company ("Company") to update Schedule 87 Intermittent
Generation Integration Charges ("Schedule 87") through a compliance filing to reflect three
modifications:
1. Schedule 87 shall be effective as of the date of the Commission's final order in this
case,which is June 25, 2026;
2. The Company shall update the wording in Schedule 87 to reflect that the tiers of
integration charges are based on qualifying facilities' incremental nameplate capacity,
instead of capacity penetration levels; and
3. The Company shall update Schedule 87 integration charges to be based on a discount
rate of 7.41% and an escalation rate of 2%.
On July 1, 2026, the Company filed a compliance filing to reflect the modifications required
by the Commission.
STAFF REVIEW
Staff reviewed the Company's compliance filing and believes that all three requirements
in Order No. 37076 have been met by the Company.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission approve the Company's compliance filing filed on
July 1, 2026, effective June 25, 2026.
