On April 29, 2026, Amerivision Communications, Inc. ("Company") notified the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") of its withdrawal of telecommunication services in
Idaho ("Notice").
At the Commission's Decision Meeting on June 30, 2026, Commission Staff ("Staff')
presented a Decision Memorandum recommending the Commission acknowledge the Company's
Notice and cancel any tariffs and price lists the Commission has on file.
Having reviewed the record, we acknowledge the Notice filed by the Company informing
the Commission that it has withdrawn operations in the State of Idaho. Any tariffs and price lists
on file with the Commission are canceled and shall be removed by the Commission Secretary.
