NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF MOTION FOR LIMITED EXEMPTION OR DEVIATION FROM
ATTORNEY-REPRESENTATION REQUIREMENT
Southshore 2 Water Company, LLC ("Company"), by and through its Managing Member,
Ryan Martin, hereby withdraws its previously filed Motion for Limited Exemption or
Deviation from Attorney-Representation Requirement under IDAPA 31.01.01.043.02.
This Notice is filed pursuant to IDAPA 31.01.01.068.
The Company withdraws the Motion without prejudice and without waiver of any position,
argument, right, or response the Company may have if the issue of representation is raised
by the Commission, Commission Staff, or any party in this proceeding.
The Company is not requesting further Commission action on the withdrawn Motion.
