IPC-TAE-26-04 TARIFF ADVICE FOR MODIFICATIONS ) TO RULE J—CONTINUITY, ) MINUTE ORDER CURTAILMENT,AND INTERRUPTION OF ) ELECTRIC SERVICE ) On June 5, 2026, Idaho Power Company ("Company") filed Tariff Advice No. IPC-TAE- 26-04 ("Tariff Advice") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission"), updating the language in its Rule J, Continuity, Curtailment, and Interruption of Electric Services ("Rule J"), to improve clarity and consistency within Rule J. Tariff Advice at 1. The proposed revisions included: (1) incorporating references to the Company's Commission-approved Wildfire Mitigation Plan; (2) adding safety-related language within the Load Curtailment and Interruption Plan to be in line with how the Company operates its system; and(3)removing language that was not standard material in the tariffs of other Commission-regulated electric utilities. Id. The Company requested the Commission accept the proposed revisions to Rule J with an effective date of July 7, 2026.Id. At the Commission's Decision Meeting on June 30, 2026, Commission Staff presented a Decision Memorandum recommending the Commission accept the Company's proposed revisions to Rule J, as filed, effective July 7, 2026. The Commission's Rule of Procedure 134.02 directs that no tariff advice will be effective unless the public and the Commission have been notified pursuant to applicable sections of Title 61 of the Idaho Code. IDAPA 31.01.01.134.02. Additionally, no tariff advice takes effect on less than 30 days' notice, "unless the Commission finds good cause to approve the earlier effective date."Id. Having reviewed the record and finding that the Company's notice of the proposed tariff advice meets the requirements of Rule 134.02, the Company's revised tariff is approved, as filed, effective as of July 7, 2026.
