Observations included: (8954 Maysville St, Star, ID): Safety equipment, JSA, valid dig ticket, material
verification, verified operator qualifications, verified equipment calibration, correct trench depth,
successful pressure test of 99 psi for 15 minutes, mechanical fittings (coupler), squeeze off, 1200 EFV,
tracer wire, and bedding/backfill with native soil. Quizzed employees on applicable squeeze off times for
V PE pipe. All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC procedures.
