Observations included: (17580 Moon Ridge Place, Nampa, ID): Safety equipment, valid dig ticket,
material verification, verified operator qualifications, verified equipment calibration, correct trench depth,
successful pressure test of 99 psi for 15 minutes, verified proper rollback of 3/"butt fusion, mechanical
fittings (met-fit tee and coupler), squeeze off, 1200 EFV, tracer wire, bedding/backfill with native soil,
purge from riser and continuity test. Quizzed employees on applicable AOCs of mechanical fittings. All
observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC procedures.
Observations included: (10076 Longtail Drive, Nampa, ID): Safety equipment, valid dig ticket, line
locating, material verification, verified operator qualifications, verified equipment calibration, correct
trench depth, thumper bore, verified proper rollback of 3/"butt fusion, 1200 EFV, tracer wire, successful
pressure test of 97 psi for 15 minutes, mechanical fittings (met-fit coupler), squeeze off and
bedding/backfill with native soil. All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC
procedures.
