Observations included: (7083 and 7099 S Averill Ln, Meridian, ID): Safety equipment, valid dig ticket,
verified operator qualifications, verified equipment calibration, correct trench depth, successful pressure
test of 100 psi for 15 minutes, verified proper rollback of 1/"butt fusion, squeeze off, 1200 EFV, tracer
wire, bedding/backfill with sand, purge from riser and continuity test. All observed procedures were
followed in accordance with IGC procedures.
