Please see Staff_PR_08C Confidential Attachment A, created by Nexant our 3rd party evaluator, outlining the cost-effectiveness of each measure offered and incented. All cost-effectiveness calculations were performed by Nexant using their proprietary tool. Nexant can be available for a webinar with IPUC staff to walkthrough the tool and show how the cost-effectiveness calculations were performed.
