Pursuant to the ordering paragraphs of Final Order No. 37060, the Company was directed to submit a compliance tariff identifying all non-recurring charges within thirty (30) days of the service date of the Order. In satisfaction of this specific administrative requirement, the Company hereby attaches and files its updated schedule of non-recurring utility charges, designated as Attachment A for the Commission's review and formal acceptance. The compliance tariff sheet attached hereto as Attachment A does not seek to implement new or altered financial burdens upon the utility's consumer base. Rather, this sheet accurately reflects the Company's historical, existing schedule of recurring and non-recurring charges (such as connection and late fees) that have long been in place to maintain operational stability. To formalize these baseline charges under the Commission's regulatory framework in accordance with Order No. 37060, the Company requests an administrative effective date of July 1, 2026. Additionally, in accordance with the Commission's directives regarding the interim period, the Company explicitly affirms that all applicable terms, general rules, and operational conditions of service shall remain unchanged from the historical status quo. The Company will continue to operate under these existing baseline parameters during this interim window while it prepares its comprehensive general rate case application.
