Does the Company track low income weatherization expenses on a per project basis? If not, why?
RESPONSE:
The Company tracks Low Income Weatherization expenses primarily by measure and by Agency. The Company receives requests for reimbursement from the Agency at the project level, and measure tracking includes project level detail for cross-reference. The Company inputs the completed measures at the project level in Avista’s Customer Care and Billing system.
