SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF AMERIVISION COMMUNICATIONS, INC —
NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF SERVICE IN IDAHO; CASE NO. AMC-
T-26-01.
On April 29, 2026, Amerivision Communications, Inc. ("Company") notified the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") of its withdrawal of telecommunication services in
Idaho ("Notice").
STAFF ANALYSIS
Commission Staff("Staff') reviewed the Company's request to withdraw from the State
of Idaho. Notice at 1. The Company also requested the withdrawal of its dbas, Affinity4, and
Lifeline Communications from Idaho. Id. In the Notice,the Company stated that it does not have
any customers. Additionally, the Company requested to withdraw any applicable tariffs.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission acknowledge the Company's withdrawal of
telecommunications services in the State of Idaho, and cancel any tariffs and price lists the
Commission has on file.
